Make the world a better place with a business that makes you proud.

The 8-week eCourse built for small business owners to challenge their assumptions, promote social change, and change the world.

You want to be an ally to marginalized communities, work with more diverse clients, and support causes you care about so you can actually change the world.

I know you’re not just doing this because it seems like the right thing to do. You generally care about leaving a positive footprint, creating a business that’s led from your own values, and supporting the audience you’re excited to serve. And you’re ready to do it all without fear of being mistaken for a Karen.

And the thing is . . . when you have your values, mission, and business ideals clear and aligned, you’re able to give back to the communities you care about in a way that feels—and looks—like you. All while knowing you are doing it right!

What if you could:

  • create a social presence that shows you stand up for your black audience while implementing marketing principles that work with your goals?
  • be there for folks with disabilities without seeming like a Karen by discovering and confronting your internal biases?
  • talk to your audience in a way that feels good for them–from the first interaction to the one-on-ones?
  • serve more LGBTQIA clients on the platforms you already love while focusing on new ways to market and grow your business?

Your ideal audience is out there, and while you can actually help them, you have to understand how to welcome them first.

And I don’t mean in the “right image” sort of way. I mean on a personal level.

Testimonials

Hey there! I’m Rhodesia

As someone who has quite a few intersectionalities, I know what it’s like to work with businesses who don’t always get it. Or worse, with businesses that are only doing it for looks. Though I’m a graphic and web designer by trade, my passions lie in creating a world where “color blindness” doesn’t exist, and I’ve been challenging the status quo since the 90s.

I spent the beginning of my career working on marketing teams for corporate companies, where diversity was lacking to say the least. And despite always advocating for more inclusive marketing strategies, it seemed like nothing ever changed. It felt like I was pouring my time, knowledge, and talents into companies that weren’t trying to make the world a better place. This led me to start my own design business, working with small businesses to align their visual brand and messaging with their values in an inclusive way.

Now I’m combining the knowledge I’ve learned through corporate marketing with my small business experience to educate folks on how to make sure their business/marketing is inclusive, diverse, and equitable–I’m looking at you, awkward Susans!

This Course is For…

Small business owners who want to feel more confident serving their audience and who want to uncover and challenge their biases to create an inclusive environment.

Therapists who want to support more diverse clients will deepen their understanding of nuanced social issues and discover how to be inclusive and balanced professionally.

Shop owners who want to make sure their in-person efforts are positive can learn how to create messaging and in-person experiences that welcome everyone into their space.

Yoga instructors who want to push for social change will emerge with a plan and messaging that inspires the audience they’re looking to support.

Coaches who want to be more inclusive will lead by example with a profound understanding of pronoun usage, disabilities, common assumptions, and how to be supportive without being annoying.

Fitness leaders excited to help their audience feel good in their own skin will learn how to address a wider audience without alienating certain groups of people.

Photographers who want to shine the right light on their audience will learn how to communicate the right way–from the first form to the contract signing.

The Inclusion Revolution Starts With You

Standing behind your beliefs and pushing for positive change is more important now than ever. What better way to make this happen than through your business?
